What is STEAM?

STEAM is the acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics.  It is an integrated approach to education that offers a curious child the opportunity to actively participate in her learning. 

STEAM is best when the activity is child driven. It encourages the child to think critically about what she is experiencing.  The adult facilitator provides a safe environment for exploration. This provides the opportunity to assess what the child is learning using real-world application.

What are the hours of operation?

Hours vary. To support each student PreK-3 Solutions offers scheduling plans to meet the needs of the family.  Unconventional times require non-traditional teaching methods.

Is PreK-3 Solutions a school?

PreK-3 Solutions is not a school or an alternative to school-based initiatives.

The goal of PreK-3 Solutions is enrichment with supplemental support that range from daily individual tutoring sessions to full quarter hands-on STEAM-inspired projects, designed specifically to meet the needs of your child and interest of your family.  

PreK to 3rd graders is vital stage. Children are just beginning to build their educational foundation. Gaps at this stage will have a negative impact and can hinder a child in achieving his/her maximum potential.
